Exercise Equipment

Exercise equipment doesn’t have to be expensive or take up a lot of space. Many basic items like exercise balls, free weights and yoga equipment are easy to store and don’t cost very much. For some workouts, the only equipment necessary is some comfortable clothing.

Exercise equipment varies depending on the particular workout that you prefer. For those looking to increase muscle mass, free weights are often the best choice. Yoga and Pilates equipment is often recommended for improved flexibility and muscle tone.

Exercise equipment is not always necessary for a good workout. Traditional muscle builders like push ups and sit ups require no equipment at all. Many routines are based on using your own body weight as the means of resistance.
